The Opportunity

HP Konnect are currently recruiting for a German speaking Administrator to work for a large insurance company based in Dublin.

The Administrator will be working in the German office supporting the internal team on computer focused operations as part of a large project.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the internal team on documents and templates to change systems on a large project
  • Assisting with the design of new templates, testing them and processing them for delivery or works
  • Contributing to the development of the template structures
  • Administrative duties within the German office 
  • Liaising with internal teams
  • Being able to work in a fast paced environment to deadlines

Skills:

  • Fluency in both German and English both verbal and written
  • High level of expertise with Microsoft office ( Word/Excel/Access)
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Any IT development skills would be a distinct advantage
  • A background in office administration is essential
  • Any experience with conditional logic will be beneficial to this role
