Responsibilities

  • Optimising paid social media campaigns
  • Respond to any client engagement via any social media platforms.
  • Research to find appropriate articles, stories, resources or other content that is relevant to client base.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
  • Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
  • Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
  • Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of “Search and Social.”
  • Update social media platforms.

 

Skills

  • 2+ years managing conversion-focused digital advertising campaigns with ROI-related KPIs
  • 2+ years managing Facebook Ads (3+ Months managing Instagram Ads)
  • Highly proficient in Facebook’s Ads Manager.
  • Experience managing other social media platform ads a plus.
  • Comfortable with A/B testing tools and methods to prove statistical significance between ad and target market variations.
  • Review data on the performance of social media platforms and adjust plans or strategies to optimise research.
