An international company working in small, customer-driven development teams of 5-6 people and at present with 4 dedicated mobile teams in Dublin. They are a small team but with a big goals, empowering their users to grow their businesses from their phones, create an intuitive mobile experience, and help teams collaborate through their mobile app.

The Role

• You are the person to whom people look up to and trust your product and technical leadership
• You’ll be providing strategic technical, product and leadership direction to your teams
• You’ll be setting your group's alignment and direction alongside the Product Group Lead and Design Leader
• You’ll be responsible for setting the cultural tone for your family of teams - setting the engineering mission and mentoring rising engineering leaders
• You’ll initiate and provide input into strategic decisions on how the company grows, and manage the engineers
• Experience partnering with recruiting to build high performing mobile teams

Tech Stack

• Several years relevant mobile experience with at least a couple of being a people manager
• Strong technical know-how in iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin)
• You've been actively involved in setting product strategy and have shipped large-scale mobile products
