The Company Established for 10 years, this international company originating from the Far East has recently established UK Headquarters in the city of Bristol and are building a world-class development team to continue servicing and growing their already highly successful product. This international company has a user base of over 100 million and is already highly popular in over 70 countries worldwide. The Bristol team will be responsible for the app for the western hemisphere. #Kulturekode Team-centric - collaborative - impact - innovative - creative - fast paced - driven - excellent candidate experience - relocation package - benefits The Role Excellent working knowledge of usability and UX principles You will understand and work with qualitative user research methods (benefits, costs, time frames and suitability) through different development stages and quantitative methods In lab or in the field, you will conduct different types of user research in short time or long run, you will be able to incorporate data and research into usable, actionable recommendations across teams You will be building up strong hypothesis by blending the quantitative data provided from data analytics with qualitative data from UX Your findings of user research will help to inform business strategy and product road maps You will join forces and work with design/product/engineering teams You go hand in hand with agile, lean environment with quick iterative research Tech Stack At least 4 years’ of experience in UX search on mobile solutions, across multiple markets Proved experience and practice of qualitative methods (usability testing, depth interviews, diary studies) Proficient in quantitative methods and validating hypotheses through user data Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong stakeholder management skills Brainstorm, sketch ideas or wireframes are essential Good knowledge and experience of Google Analytics, MixPanel, UXCam or similar Benefits You’ll be paid well and on top you’ll be given plethora of benefits: Pension scheme Private medical healthcare Season ticket loan Cycle to work scheme Life Assurance Trainings & Team Events Apply: If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply by clicking the button below…better yet, if you have 2 mins to complete our “Pre-Screen Survey” please do so, it will save a lot of your time in the process :) A lot of candidates we speak to hate repeating themselves to recruiters, over and over again, saying the same info.
